Steve McClure klettert Final Round (E8) in Dovedale

Die Route Final Round (E8) in Dovedale, ist eine der härtesten Trad-Routen im Peak Limestone und hat 2021 durch die beiden Wiederholungen von Steve McClure und Adam Bowman letztes Jahr wieder mehr Aufmerksamkeit bekommen.

Nach seiner Begehung von The Final Round sagte Steve:

I’ve been meaning to try it for a while but things didn’t fall into place. But this year the weather has been amazing with conditions really good and I’ve been just gagging to try it.It was a lot more pumpy than I thought it was going to be. I hadn’t really worked it [very well] so I was improvising as I went along.“
