Digital Marketer
to oversee and elevate our digital presence across various platforms. As a key player in our marketing team, you will contribute to the growth and maintenance of our online presence, focusing on both our website and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with our global sales and marketing plan. Develop marketing plans covering newsletters, emails, and social media posts to drive traffic.
- Social Media Management: Plan, develop, and manage content across our social media platforms to engage with both end consumers and trade partners effectively.
- Data Analysis: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insight, and Ads to conduct thorough data analysis of current and future target markets. Use insights to refine and optimize marketing efforts.
- Content Creation: Create compelling written digital content that connects with our target audience and aligns with our brand messaging.
- SEO and SEM: Skills in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to enhance our online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.
- Digital Customer Service: Provide responsive and effective digital customer service, ensuring a positive online experience for our audience.
- Trend Identification: Informed of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, incorporating innovative strategies to keep DMM relevant.
Key Requirements:
- Digital Marketing: Excellent knowledge of current digital marketing techniques. 1-2 years’ experience working with a CMS such as WordPress, Shopify.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work seamlessly in a cross-functional team, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Deadline Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Adaptability: Openness to change and a commitment to continual improvement.
- B2B and B2C Experience: Previous experience working in both B2B and B2C environments.
Desirable:
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of our target markets.
Location: This role will be based at our new International headquarters located at Cibyn Industrial Estate, Caernarfon.
Working Hours: Flexi-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
