Just one comment, Do you clean tick marks when leaving? Here in Spain we have had some problems with authorities becouse of that.
Other than that, as a nature and outdoors lovers as I think we all are, it's kind of ugly to see all rocks "full" of chalk....

Thanks so much! Very good point , it is imperative to clean the chalk and tick marks after each pass. This is a very important thing for me , to preserve the rock. It is also a pleasure to find a clean rock when trying a (new) problem. Climb Bleau demand maximum cleanliness of the rock , I recommend brushing between each test, as well as water late in the session , especially the holds do not take the rain.
Very often I explain to people that brushing is the key .
If everyone follows this approach is the guarantee of respect for nature and others.
