Project Manager (f/m/d)


Together with our parent company, Frilufts Retail, we offer our customers multi-brand, premium sporting goods, and apparel in several different European markets. We are now seeking a Project Manager A&P to help us deliver quality digitalization projects to support our business.

This role will manage and initiate new digitalization projects aligned with our business strategy for Assortment and Purchasing as well as further develop existing ones. Your mission will be to coordinate shared projects from A&P and our IT department to ensure we provide solutions and systems necessary for the future of Frilufts Retail.

You’ll collaborate with each of our retailer’s Assortment and Purchasing and IT departments to make sure we maximize our project efficiency, continuously review, and improve projects to help drive the vision and strategy for the organization.

This full-time role could be based in either Stockholm, SE or Hamburg, DE and will report to our Head of Business Development & Digital Projects.


  • Overall responsibility for project planning, from start to finish line.
  • Securing that business demands, requirements and functionalities needed are aligned.
  • Being the bridge and translator to IT and other stakeholders.
  • Drive development of internal processes (inter- and intradepartmental, and towards suppliers and partners)
  • Coordinate the cooperation between different parts of the organization.
  • Facilitate learning and development related to project management within the company.
  • Set and maintain the process and routine standards for project management across the organization.



  • 2 to 4 or more years of project management within in a medium to big sized company covering markets in Europe. Preferable in a company within the retail industry or in other relevant related organization.
  • Master’s degree in related field.
  • Demonstrated history of project management techniques and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in working with project KPI’s.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Skills in MS Excel, just short of magic.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in an international matrix run organization.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and/or German preferable.
  • Knowledge of the Jira ticket system.
