Would you like to join in on the adventure?

In this role, you are responsible for the sales performance and customer relationship management of your assigned territories. You play a fundamental role in ensuring that sales goals are met. You act as a liaison between various branches of the company and customers and provide valuable feedback to internal partners. Your goal is to enhance, grow and develop the business within your territories by executing and managing the sales agenda, surpassing competitors and thus expanding the market value of Black Diamond.

  • Implementation and execution of long-term strategies and further development of sales strategies for your sales region
  • Achieve commercial goals by strengthening current distribution channels and by proactive pursuing new business and sales opportunities,
  • Deliver innovative and competitive sales solutions,
  • Forecasting and creation of commercial budgets including revenue and expenses,
  • Tracking of sales performance using your expertise, feedback and close collaboration with key accounts
  • Contact person for and internal and external partners,
  • Forward-thinking collaboration with your colleagues within Black Diamond and Pieps


  • You are able to analyze information from various sources and deliver entrepreneurial decisions in favor for the business
  • You have an eye for details and enjoy creating and extracting data in/from various tools (eg MS Office, ERP)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales
  • Professional German and English skills written and spoken
  • Independent, results and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative and service orientation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
