Suitable for all ages and abilities, climbing provides an engaging workout that makes exercising motivating and fun. Your workout is as easy or as hard as you choose to make it and regular practice will improve your body dynamics, suppleness, power and strength. It’s good for your mind too and is a great stress buster, since it requires you to focus your mind entirely on your body movements.
Big Rock Hub offers fun indoor climbing for all abilities, in addition to acting as our instructing hub, with courses for both adults and young climbers, starter sessions for anyone new to the sport, and awesome climbing birthday parties on our CrazyClimb facility.
Big Rock Hub is open every day all year including all bank holidays, except for the 24th, 25th and 26th December.
